Description of "Finance" unit

This unit is designed to maintain internal records of income and expenses. It allows you to:

  • Make a list of "financial invoices" similar to the one accountants have
  • Make a directory of major financial transactions
  • Monitor the income and expenditure of funds
  • Monitor the balances and cash flows for any period of time in the past or in future for a separate financial account or for a group of accounts
  • Track interactions with suppliers and personnel of the company
  • Automatically take into account information from other units of the system: the income of sales area and the hall of game machines, delivery of goods from suppliers
  • Export any information in Text format, as Microsoft Excel file or Web page for later analysis or printing
